Patients do pre-checkin at home
With Qure4u your patients will do all their pre-appointment tasks at home using an app on their phone or on a tablet.
The app will show them exactly what they need to do when and the data flows in to their chart and will be ready for you to review when they arrive at the office for their appointment.
This is how it works:
Step 1 - You schedule appointment in your EMR
Schedule the appointments in your EMR as usual.
Minutes after you have scheduled the appointment, the patient automatically receives an email with information about next step
Step 2 - Patient receives notification within minutes
Minutes after you have scheduled the appointment, the patient automatically receives an email or app notification with information about next step.
They log in to the app and the tasks are available immediately.
Step 3 - Patient completes tasks at home
Patients are guided step-by-step to complete necessary tasks with simple and easy to understand instructions

Step 4 - Data flows in to the patient's chart
All data flows in to the patient's chart populating the corresponding fields, ticking of privacy notice fields and updating signing dates.
Payment that is done at home is also available immediately.
Step 5 - Patient arrives for appointment ready for Check-In
When the patient arrives at the office for their appointment, all paperwork is already done.
All you have to do is complete the check in in your EMR.
Now data is ready for Data reconciliation at Intake.
